DESCRIPTION: We teamed up two of our favorite producers, Caro chocolate and Paiarrop, to create this addictive confection. It starts off with Paiarrop’s premium Pajarero figs, which are a delicate, sweet variety native to Spain. After being naturally dried, the plump fruits are carefully hand-dipped in Caro’s rich, earthy dark chocolate, rendering them even more delectable.
HANDLING: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for maximum shelf life. Best to consume within 30-60 days upon opening.
SERVING RECS: Perfect on their own or alongside a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serve with a glass of Amontillado sherry for a sophisticated finale to a meal.
